The qualified candidate should have 5-10 years of experience with a BA/BS. He/She will have superior PC skills including strong spreadsheet experience and HRIS report writing.

Job Description

The candidate will administer support staff and attorney salary increases and bonus programs, and identify and develop salary administration system enhancements. Strong analytical ability and database development skills are required. This position will require coordination and collaboration with partners, managers, payroll, and accounting. Some responsibilities include identifying appropriate salary surveys to gather market information, working with the manager to maintain external competitiveness of salary ranges, salary increase budgets, and identifying market driven pay levels.
