Qualifications

The candidate must have a minimum of 5-8 years training experience preferably in a financial institution or corporate environment with a supervisory background. Bachelor's Degree in education, training, business or organizational development or related field preferred.

Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for the development, delivery and facilitation of training programs. This includes, but is not limited to, designing, planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating program effectiveness, as well as conducting needs assessments. The candidate will manage multiple vendors and the delivery of training programs for various audiences within the organization. He/She will report to the Head of Learning & Development and coordinate with HR Generalists and business and resource managers. The candidate must have a strong understanding of the financial industry and a broad knowledge of banking and banking activities on the investment side. (14949)
